PUBLIC OFFER

for services of Well Travel / WT International Co., Ltd

1. General provisions

1.1. This public offer (the “Offer”) sets out the terms of services provided by WT International Co., Ltd (the “Service”, “Well Travel”), which lists residential properties for short-term and medium-term rent on the website and other official company channels.

1.2. The Service is not a real estate agency and is not a party to lease agreements between the Client (Tenant) and the Host (Landlord).

1.3. Acceptance of this Offer is deemed to occur when the Well Travel Service is used in any way: booking accommodation, paying a deposit, or communicating through official channels, including Telegram @welltravel_vn and integrated website chats/forms.

1.4. By using the Service, the Client confirms that they have read and agreed to this Offer.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. The Service provides the Client with:

  • listing and description of properties available for rent;
  • coordination of communication between Client and Host during booking, check-in, and check-out;
  • provision of a deposit refund guarantee paid by the Client as part of the rental.

2.2. After check-in and start of stay, the Service is deemed fully rendered except for guarantee obligations in Section 3.

2.3. The Service remains available in chat to both parties but only as an information relay and intermediary, without obligations beyond this Offer.

2.4. The Service has no physical representatives. All interactions are remote via online communication channels.

3. Deposit refund guarantee

3.1. Well Travel provides a deposit refund guarantee if:

  • the Host refuses check-in after prepayment without valid reasons stated in the agreement or listing;
  • the Host fails to return the deposit after check-out when there are no valid deductions (property damage, unpaid bills, etc.).

3.2. Maximum guarantee coverage is 1,000 USD (converted at Google exchange rate on payment date).

3.3. Refund is paid by the Service from its own funds based on a written claim and supporting documents.

3.4. The guarantee does not apply if:

  • the Client voluntarily refuses to stay;
  • the Client violates rental rules;
  • actions of third parties unrelated to the Service;
  • direct contact between Client and Host bypassing official channels. In this case, the guarantee is canceled and the Service bears no liability for further actions of the parties.

4. General stay rules

4.1. Unless otherwise specified by the Host in the listing or contract, the following default terms apply:

  • Check-in from 14:00; check-out by 12:00.
  • Stay extension is possible only with prior agreement with the Host.
  • Self check-in means the property door is open and keys are inside; the Client must provide arrival time in advance.
  • Equipment: accommodation is suitable for living (water, electricity, AC, basic furniture, kitchenware, bed linen, towels). Availability of extra items and internet depends on the specific property and must be clarified in advance.
  • Deposit is returned in the local currency of the country of stay (Vietnam: VND, Thailand: THB, etc.), unless otherwise stated in the contract.

5. Communication channels and liability

5.1. Official Well Travel communication channels include:

  • Telegram — @welltravel_vn
  • integrated website chats and forms on client.well-travel.net.

5.2. All bookings, clarifications, and disputes must go through these official channels. If the Client contacts the Host directly outside official channels, the Service is not liable for such arrangements and does not provide the deposit guarantee.

5.3. The Service is not liable for:

  • content and performance of rental terms between Client and Host;
  • quality of stay and behavior of the parties;
  • losses beyond the guarantee obligations.

5.4. Service liability is strictly limited to payment under the deposit refund guarantee.

6. Final provisions

6.1. This Offer is valid indefinitely while published on official Well Travel resources.

6.2. The Service may amend these terms without prior notice. The new version takes effect upon publication.

6.3. Guarantee claims are reviewed within 14 business days.

6.4. Governing law: Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
