Child seats are not common in Vietnam, and there is no legal requirement to use one for child transport. If you still want a child seat or booster, tell us in advance and we will arrange it.

Our drivers are Vietnamese and do not speak Russian. English level varies, but all understand basic travel phrases. If communication issues happen, you can always contact our support team in Russian.

Yes. You can change or cancel a transfer without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours before the trip.

It is best to book in advance to guarantee availability, especially on peak dates, and help us plan logistics. The optimal window is 3-4 days before the trip. Sometimes we can dispatch a car within 30-60 minutes, but availability is not guaranteed.

If you are running late, just inform us. We coordinate with the driver and adjust waiting time when possible.

If a breakdown occurs, we quickly send a replacement car, and the driver ensures your safety and comfort until it arrives. These situations are very rare.

If you forget belongings in the car, contact us and we will return them as soon as possible.

Yes. We provide Russian-language support in messengers, so you can always ask questions, get help, and confirm trip details.
