How do I get tenant requests?
You’ll receive all active requests from your area and can instantly offer your available options.
What if a guest cancels?
Each booking is protected by a deposit — you don’t lose money on cancellations or no-shows.
When do I receive payment?
You receive the full rent directly from the tenant, before check-in. Our commission is deducted after that.
Can I decline a request?
Yes, you can — full flexibility is one of our core principles.
Which regions are supported?
Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia — and we’re expanding soon.
